Additional Information: Cabrini High School, located between tranquil Bayou St. John and historic Esplanade Avenue, is the ideal atmosphere for a young woman to spend the most important years of her life.
Adolescence is a time of self-discovery, and Cabrini is where you find yourself! Cabrini is a place where young girls grow into successful, talented and driven women. We not only educate the minds but also the hearts of our students. Academically, the college preparatory program at Cabrini provides students with a well-rounded foundation for college and their future. With 17 AP, 19 Honors, and two Dual Enrollment courses offered, Cabrini is nationally recognized as a leading school in Louisiana offering open-enrollment AP courses. A Cabrini student enjoys a broad, challenging curriculum designed to develop the whole woman. Course work includes participation in nationally recognized, award-winning science and fine arts programs in addition to exemplary core courses. With Cabrini mid-size school population, faculty members work with students on a professional level but also get to know them on a personal level. Through organized co-curricular activities and an exciting Student Life program, Cabrini students discover their talents and make new friendships. With more than 37 co-curricular activities plus athletics, there is an offering to fulfill the interests of every student.
For more than 50 years, the young women of Cabrini High School have emulated St. Frances Xavier Cabrini. Built on a foundation infused with her faith, every member of the student body is an extension of Mother Cabrini legacy. Cabrini High School is blessed by surroundings that not only had sacred beginnings, but were also lived in, worked in, served in, and prayed in by a saint. Students often share how Cabrini feels like home to them, a feeling that is easily sensed because Cabrini quite simply is a second home to them and was home to Mother Cabrini. Find your future. Find friendship. Find faith. Find yourself at Cabrini!
